Yes. All our prices exclude VAT, which is added at the standard rate.
Each line that comes through your business bank and card feeds counts as one. A busy month or two is fine. If you go over in a third month within any 12 months, we'll move you to the next package up from the following month, and we'll always tell you first.
Yes, we require direct debit for all clients. It lets us stay focused on your accounts rather than chasing invoices, and because your work is kept continuously up to date, each collection simply covers the work completed that month.
We'll bring your account up to date over a choice of 1–3 monthly payments, collected alongside your regular monthly fee for the rest of the year.
