Your confirmation statement,
filed on time, at cost.

Every limited company has to confirm its details with Companies House once a year. We check them with you, file the statement and keep an eye on the date, and you pay the government fee and nothing more.

Add-on: at cost
What's included

What you get.

  • Reminding you before your confirmation statement is due
  • Checking the details Companies House holds for your company with you
  • Filing your confirmation statement with Companies House
  • Spreading the Companies House fee across your monthly payments, with nothing added on top
Real time

One less date to remember

Your confirmation statement sits on the status board in your portal alongside everything else, so you can see when it's due and when it's been filed.

Because we already look after your accounts, we know your company well, and confirming its details usually takes you a minute.

Low touch

What we need from you.

  • Confirm your company's details are still correct when we check them with you
  • Tell us about any changes, such as a new director or a change in who owns the shares
Good to know

Outside the fixed fee.

Other Companies House filings, such as appointing or removing a director, issuing new shares or changing your registered office, aren't part of this add-on.

If you ever need something outside the fixed fee, we'll agree the price with you before we start. No surprise invoices.

FAQs

Common questions.

What does it cost?

Just the Companies House filing fee, spread across your monthly payments. We don't add anything on top.

What happens if it's filed late?

Companies House can strike off a company that doesn't file its confirmation statement, which is why we track the date for you and remind you in good time.

Is this the same as my annual accounts?

No. Your accounts are a separate filing, covered by our year-end accounts service. The confirmation statement just confirms your company's details.
